Notice noise on first test drive. Sounds like coming from front of engine. Tested alternator, charges good, diodes and regulator good. noise did not change when loaded. Noise also did not change with a/c compressor activated. Noise loudest around lower idler. removed drive belt and noise no longer present. Replaced idler suspect idler bearing, noise resolved.

RADIATOR – Remove & Replace
(Combination) – RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace Upper & Lower
checked for leaks and monitored thermostat function. found radiator is leaking at R. side tank. Upper radiator hose is checked. recommend replacing radiator, both radiator hoses, cap, clamps, and coolant.
Codes C1223 and C1249 stored in memory. Tested stop light circut at skid controll unit found 6.5 volts on stop light circut. Verified voltage to stop light switch. Found 6.5 volts on switch output resulting in a 6 volt drop to Skid Control unit. recommend replace stop light switch and continue testing. Did not experience clunk noise or issues when turning.

No leak detected at this time.

-BATTERY OUTPUT 400 AMPS AT 9 VOLT LOAD FOR 15 SECONDS: PASSED, REPLACEMENT RECOMMENDED WHEN OUTPUT IS 250 AMPS OR LESS AT A 9V LOAD FOR 15 SECONDS.
-RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF ALTERNATOR: NO OUTPUT. -PERFORM BATTERY SERVICE: CORROSION PRESENT, MAY REQUIRE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE END REPLACEMENT.
