-Upper radiator hose blown open. Very little coolant in system. Multiple codes stored for overheating condition. freeze frame data shows temp got to 284. —– Recommended cooling system repair: -Replace upper radiator hose. -Retest cooling system for additional faults. -Noted: -Possible engine damage due to high engine temperature. -Unable to perform block test prior to repair due to large coolant leak. —- -Replaced upper radiator hose. -Performed block test: Passed. -Pressure tested cooling system: No external leaks detected.

INITIAL OUTLET TEMP WAS THE SAME AS AMBIENT TEMP. COMPRESSOR WAS DISCONNECTED AND SYSTEM WAS EMPTY. CHARGED SYSTEM WITH DYE. SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONAL. NOTED DYE LEAKING AT DRIER HOUSING. LOST 1 OZ IN TESTING
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. if system found to be low, dye has been added to aid in leak detection. however, leak may be small and may take days, weeks, and or months to be visible. have customer return for inspection if a/c becomes ineffective

ECU Codes: P0443: Evap purge 1 control circuit, U1418: Implausible right wheel distance signal received, P0441: Evap pure system performance. TCM codes: U140C, U140A: Implausible right front and right rear wheel speed signal. Similar codes stored in ABS module Wave forms of wheel speed sensors show both right speed sensors are failing, the rear one works intermittently, the front one is completely flat lined with no response. Sensor wires look OK.
