Moved #1 Plug to #4 Cyl. -2 TSB's noted. -Moisture accumulation in exhaust on cold start. -High oil level and reprogram ECM. —— -Misfire did not return. -Recommend client return for additional testing when check engine light returns.

    • TCM register's park position. message on dash may be a setting or a program needed by dealer. -Checked for related tsb's: technician found tsb indicating a repair procedure in which you remove the gear shifter, clean the shift contacts & replace the shifter subharness.
    • -Did not feel any major shake at any speed. -INSPECTED FOR DAMAGED / LOOSE STEERING AND SUSPENSION COMPONENTS: NO ISSUE FOUND AT THIS TIME.

    • P0128 stored. Coolant leaking from upper radiator hose to engine flange area. Coolant level low. Engine oil level low, topped off. radiator top hose looks swollen. Belts make noise on cold start and slight chirp/squeak while idling. Engine does not get to operating temp. 165 max. Recommend new thermostat, upper rad hose, drive belt and coolant drain / fill.

    • Test drove after repairs, confirmed B1S2 O2 sensor is working. Readiness monitors related to O2 sensors are run.
    • Found Rear o2 sensor mv reading 0 at all times. Not getting voltage to o2 sensor heater. Not getting signal from o2 to pcm. Found rodent damaged wiring on engine harness between firewall and engine.

    • Shoes at 4mm/ ABOUT 80%. Drums OK at this time. Cleaned and adjusted rear brakes.

    • Went to test relay and fans shut off when realay was touched. Suspect failing/sticking relay. Recommend replacing relay. No codes stored in system related to fans. tightened battery wire ends and tested battery. passed test at 290A. -Noted: Dealer parts stated the faulty cooling fan relay installed is aftermarket. Based off that information, multiple relays in box are aftermarket.
