Went to test relay and fans shut off when realay was touched. Suspect failing/sticking relay. Recommend replacing relay. No codes stored in system related to fans. tightened battery wire ends and tested battery. passed test at 290A. -Noted: Dealer parts stated the faulty cooling fan relay installed is aftermarket. Based off that information, multiple relays in box are aftermarket.
