- P0128 stored. Coolant leaking from upper radiator hose to engine flange area. Coolant level low. Engine oil level low, topped off. radiator top hose looks swollen. Belts make noise on cold start and slight chirp/squeak while idling. Engine does not get to operating temp. 165 max. Recommend new thermostat, upper rad hose, drive belt and coolant drain / fill.
