- -Upper radiator hose blown open. Very little coolant in system. Multiple codes stored for overheating condition. freeze frame data shows temp got to 284. —– Recommended cooling system repair: -Replace upper radiator hose. -Retest cooling system for additional faults. -Noted: -Possible engine damage due to high engine temperature. -Unable to perform block test prior to repair due to large coolant leak. —- -Replaced upper radiator hose. -Performed block test: Passed. -Pressure tested cooling system: No external leaks detected.
