- INITIAL OUTLET TEMP WAS THE SAME AS AMBIENT TEMP. COMPRESSOR WAS DISCONNECTED AND SYSTEM WAS EMPTY. CHARGED SYSTEM WITH DYE. SYSTEM IS FUNCTIONAL. NOTED DYE LEAKING AT DRIER HOUSING. LOST 1 OZ IN TESTING
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. if system found to be low, dye has been added to aid in leak detection. however, leak may be small and may take days, weeks, and or months to be visible. have customer return for inspection if a/c becomes ineffective
- REPLACE BOTH SCHRADER VALVES PRIOR TO RECHARGE
- STANDARD INSPECTION
- ADD ENGINE OIL TO SAFE RANGE
- AFTER REPAIR OUTLET TEMP IS 42 DEGREES
